Amy Banks is an award-winning producer, with winning shorts including: Unleaded (Winner Audience Award Watersprite, “Best of the Fest” Seattle Film Festivals and Vimeo Short of the Week) and Jamie (Winner of the Alternative Spirit Award at Rhode Island International Film Festival and selected at the BFI Flare LGBTQ Film Festival as one their #fiveFilmsforFreedom).
Amy has worked with Sundance London and the BFI London Film Festival, and has provided filming services for clients including Historic Royal Palaces, W11 Opera, Getty Images and East Creative. She has worked as a sales associate for Celsius Entertainment on their projects and presentations at Berlinale, FilmArt and Cannes Film Market.
Amy’s latest films include La Boulangerie, The Watcher Her, Grasslands, starring Julia Brown; Man of the Land, starring Michael Byrne and OLVE, starring Rosie Day and Ike Bennett. Amy has recently produced an opera-length feature film The Fire of Olympus, with East View Film, which can be viewed on the streaming service MarqueeTV. Amy was part of the prestigious BFI Network x BAFTA Crew programme and cohort of 2019/2020.
